Pledge to Clients: I will serve you and protect your interests while I help you purchase the home of your dreams at the lowest possible price and with the best terms.

•You can expect loyalty and confidentiality.

•I will always promote your best interests and provide you with all available facts that could influence your decision about making an offer on a home.

•I will produce a Comparable Market Analysis to verify the sales price of the property, and help you formulate a realistic offer and a negotiating strategy.

• I will show you all the homes on the market that suit your needs.

• I will point out all the positive AND negative features of a home to help you make an informed decision.

• I will not try to steer you into a more expensive home, or a home that may not suit your needs.

• I will hold your hand through the complicated process of finding the right loan officer and getting your pre-approval letter.

•You can depend on me to arrange and manage the day-to-day tasks required to get to closing (such as inspections, home repairs, financing and tracking the progress of the loan, and working with the title and closing escrow officers.)

Professional Experience: In 1990, I received my real estate license and in 1994 I became a licensed broker. Since that point I have successfully managed several large real estate firms locally, in the Portland metro area and in Florida. In 2003, I opened Expert Realty and have been selling and listing real estate in the great treasure valley ever since. I truly enjoy every aspect of the real estate business from investing, building, buying and selling.

Education: University of Idaho
Went on a band tour with "Up with People"

Outside Interests: Living in Boise enables me to capitalize on the great outdoors. A few years ago, I purchased a cabin in the Sawtooth National Forest area and I relish my time and the peace there. There's nothing better than a cup of coffee in the wilderness and watching the sun rise over the mountains in the morning. I also enjoy the social life of the Boise area from bicycling on the greenbelt to having dinner at one of the outside restaurants in downtown Boise. Boise is a great town for a quiet romantic date or a night of networking with other professionals. I am currently involved in various community activities and am particularly proud of my involvement as a board member of the Northwest Food Bank, an organization dedicated to providing food and other supplies to the people of the treasure valley.
